One of the first things attendees will notice about your booth is your signage- you absolutely need one. If your company doesn’t have one, then get this ASAP! Why is this so important? Well, a company banner or signage prominently displaying your brand name and logo is essential for attracting attention and making your presence known. That’s why you need to make sure it's eye-catching, easy to read, and reflects the personality of your brand.

Promotional Materials

This is a little old school, but the older folks are going to expect this material. So, it’s going to be in your best interest to have some informational pamphlets, brochures, or flyers about your company. You should always have them as indispensable for community events. If you’re busy talking to someone, then someone who comes to your stand could just easily take one to learn more about your business. 

Again, it’s old-fashioned; sometimes, people don’t even read these, but still, at the same time, these materials provide attendees with valuable information about your products or services, contact details, and any special offers or promotions. So that’s why you need to make sure you have them. Also, they need to be professionally designed, visually appealing, and easy to grab and take home.

Interactive Displays

Alright, so they don’t need to be interactive, but you should have a display that captures attention. So, usually, for trade shows, it’s a good idea if it’s interactive, but it’s best to tone it down and have something a little more subtle (especially with the potential of kids or someone else damaging it). So, with that said, there are multiple options for this to grab attention; you could get a cardboard cut out (something that’s super 1990s), maybe a photo booth with props (something that involves your company, of course).
